26/7/2024We recently invited Serge and Tyron to review our security needs at our home...In a time where home invasions, car thefts and burglaries are regularly occuring in our neighbourhood Serge and Tyron recommended additional perimeter security measures that had recently been released on the market...we now have both external and internal monitoring that helps us feel safe in our home regardless if we are away or at home. We can't thank you enough for making our home and family safe.I cannot recommend the service provided by Serge and Tyron highly enough ! The pair of them turned up on site armed with tools and cameras etc ready for immediate start. Completed the job of installing two cameras in my aviary c/w monitor and hard drive - installation in an aviary was a first for them. Very pleased with their work, price and friendly natures. We used Casals Security to install the CCTV system at our apartment building. I felt comfortable with Serg & Tyron when they came to quote. They explained clearly the best position to place the cameras for optimal coverage.The installation was done with a minimal of fuss. We are extremely happy with the quality of the images it captures. They also helped us with changing the Pinpad code that we required to be disabled. It is an outdated system and they preserved through a complex situation until they solved our issue. We recently moved into new premises with an alarm and security cameras. Casals came out and configured everthing and organised back to base monitoring and connections for notification and video to our mobile phones as well as hard drive. If you are looking for a good and professional security tech then check Serge and his son Tyron out first. We had Serge to install our sec alarm system 7-8 years ago so we have asked if he could replace it with a new one. They done an excellent job and it was completed in one day. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend it. The new Bosch system has 2 years warranty which is a bonus. They tick all the boxes. 👌😀✅
